Mesh Networks
A mesh Wi-Fi router or mesh system joins two or more Wi-Fi access points together to create and share a single, seamless Wi-Fi network that can be expanded to cover even the largest homes or buildings.
If the Wi-Fi router you use in your house doesn’t give you the wireless connectivity you need, then a mesh Wi-Fi router system could be the perfect solution.
If you have a large home or one with an unusual layout that rises more than two stories or has brick or stone walls in its interior, then you’ll likely encounter Wi-Fi dead zones. This means your home could be a good candidate for a mesh system instead of a traditional Wi-Fi router.
Mesh Wi-Fi Installations
Ideal for creating one network, ease of use, simplified network, smaller homes
Since they first hit the scene mesh Wi-Fi systems have changed the look and feel of home networking. In place of an unsightly router that you would normally tuck away in a closet or somewhere else out of sight, mesh systems typically use smaller components called nodes, which are designed to be more attractive and blend in better with your home decor. But the real attraction of mesh systems for most home users is that they usually come with free mobile apps that make it easy to install and manage the network using a phone or tablet. And since all of the nodes use a single SSID and password, you can roam from room to room without having to log in to a secondary extended network, making a fast and seamless connection.
Mesh Backhaul Installations
Ideal for, Secure Network, Large Properties, Thick Stone Walls, Larger Families
Backhaul is a term for the communication performed between a mesh WiFi system's router and its satellites. Unlike conventional WiFi routers, which have limited WiFi coverage because they have only one broadcast device, mesh WiFi systems broadcast from the main router and the satellites. However, because your Internet service is only physically connected to the mesh router, backhaul is required to extend that connection to the satellite units, which in turn allows them to broadcast a WiFi signal like the mesh router. This achieved by connecting all the nodes over CAT6 cable allowing maximum speeds and no deadspots due to thick walls etc.
