Starlink Installation Project in Heywood.
Here we have a Starlink Installation carried out by Home Network Solutions in Heywood, Rochdale for a remote newish build suffering from terrible speeds.
The property was only a couple of years old but BT never upgraded the telephone lines and the speeds were coming in at 10mbs at best which was now causing problems, one of the couple were now working from home using zoom etc and needed a reliable connection, also there were Netflix users and two teenagers trying to use games consoles, there was no Virgin available and the Mobile Networks weren't reliable enough, so customer got in touch with us and asked for some advice and subsequently ordered Starlink from www.starlink.com.
We arranged a visit and fitted up on the chimney at customer's request using a heavy duty wall bracket and alloy mast with the cable fed down into the office, speeds were coming in at 230mbs within 20 mins of being online so a very happy customer.
We also helped the customer set up a wireless mesh system as the house wasn't too large and didn't need backhauling.
